Food Tours, to enjoy delicious Azorean food:

Typical Azorean barbecue: it is the ideal event to socialize with locals while enjoying various high-quality Azorean meats, grilled on the spot, in an idyllic setting.

Cozido das Furnas, workshop, tour and dinner: a full-day event in which, in the morning, participants will learn how to prepare the typical Cozido das Furnas. Afterwards, they will watch the pot being placed under the ground. From there, the group will explore the Furnas and surrounding areas, including Povoação and Ribeira Quente. Eight hours later, the Cozido is unearthed and transported to finally be enjoyed in one of the beautiful picnic areas abundant in the region.

Night Chouriçada: a short night walk, followed by a meal of chouriço and morcela, grilled on the spot and served with bread and excellent wines. For dessert, a delicious Azorean pineapple mousse.

It is an unexpected night walk that later turns into an opportunity to enjoy delicious snacks.
